The reunion budget should include shared expenses for the entire group. This will include (but not limited to):

 

     Location

     Decorations

     Printing costs (for those who do not use internet)

     Transportation to and from events

     Food (cooking out or dining out)/food trucks

     Shirts/clothes printed

     Decorations

     Rentals

     Photographer

     Website

     Prizes

     Banquet

     Misc entertainment (After Party)

 

Any airfare, train, etc tickets and hotel will be provided by each person, if group is not local
